where did the money for pensador come from??? certainly not from the prominent angolans which rather proves my original point.

the prominent angolans have no reason to use external vehicles to put their own money into their pockets. they already control that. they do need external vehicles to put other people's money into their pockets eg westerners.

Wouldn't you rather the Pensador money be put into developing a project or two?
