It's clear that they are wanting all deals done at once.

CVI is and will stay a spec company untill they start producing OIL, Diamonds, Copper ect.ect.
By that time they could very well be a mini BHP, maybe as big as BHP if Production of all we hope for are enormous.
The decision is easy, wait for a BHP and pay much more for the SP or buy now ant take your chances. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. I'm sure no one has Graranteed anything here.

Yes the traders if they can get it right they make money but the big money is made once ( IF )it turns out like a BHP.
