diamonds and rare earths.

Has this been announced or it it new? This has to be good for CVI share holders

endorsed legal title to key resources in Africa
and upgrade them to bankable feasibility/ production
for minimum dilution to CityView's share capital.

Diamond Concessions
CityView is in the process of becoming a major shareholder
of Canzar Resources Limited which holds the Nhefo and
Luachisse alluvial and diamond concessions with Endiama,
the Angolan Government diamond authority.
Canzar’s Percentage Area Nhefo 42% 3280 km²
Luachisse 41% 2700 km²
It is planned that CityView will receive 100% of the Nhefo operations’ cash flow up to the time that full funding is recovered, after which CityView will hold a 20% net profits interest in both Nhefo and Luachisse.
Production is planned to begin in 2009 with a 200 tonnes per hour production plant installed at Nhefo , followed by a similar plant at Luachisse
