Putty - I am intruiged by the CVI debacle so I have done some reading here on HotCopper and one thing that satisfies me more than any other is that persons have a personal vendetta against MS for prior failed business.

The second are the annual reports.

The third is the registered offices of the company.

These 3 factors combined sums it up for me... either

1. There is fruad and theft (which I suspect there is given the huge outflow of cash stripped from the business)

or

2. They are really poor Businessmen.

I go for 1 and suggest you make up your own mind to buy or sell.
