re: uwa claim It's a big download, for a wee bit of text. So I'll type it up. As zin & pheenom state, it's a claim for some of Dr Gray's shares & not against Sirtex. Infact it could be good for holders, as the uni is more likely to entertain a bid for Sirtex, than the good doctor.

Bruce vs UWA

A legal battle is brewing between UWA and ex-Perth surgeon Dr Bruce Gray, head of Sirtex Medical. Court reports in The West Australian state that UWA has launched action against Bruce claiming that the cancer treatment owned by Sirtex was developed whilst he was a university employee using university resources. UWA is seeking half of Bruce's shareholding in Sirtex, along with damages. Lawyers for Bruce will vigorously defend.
