"Governments will be forced to take more risk on big infrastructure projects to get them going quickly to stimulate the economy as it recovers from the pandemic downturn, John Holland chief executive Joe Barr says. Rolling out publicly funded road, power and telecommunications projects that would get thousands of workers into jobs quickly would speed up a rebalancing of risk profiles that had made infrastructure work unsustainable, he said."
