Moondoong, no-one is proposing any laws to make it illegal to go onto private land without the owner’s permission. That is perfectly legal throughout Australia. When you get around to reading the new legislation you’ll see it’s about entering a property AND: a) interfering with a business, b) safety on the property, c) biosecurity.
