There is a fundamental point missing in this discussion. Most argument confuses religion with culture.

Multiculturalism brings diversity and all sorts of new and interesting experiences. Think about Italian and Chinese food. These nationalities have not made us feel threatened, have they? That is because they are a culture. Their religion is not in conflict with our constitutional base.

With Islam we are not dealing with a culture. We are dealing with a religion. Please understand this folks. I believe most are peace loving but they appear to live in a certain amount of fear because they do not speak against radical Islam and that is what we are afraid of. Where is their voice? The Federal Government is aware of the problem because they spend millions on educating Indonesians against radical behavior. Why then are they still opening our borders? Why not open Nauru ?
