Consider billions of dollars are now invested in the R&D of COVID-19 vaccine, I am quite optimistic that the vaccine will be available at the end of this year. So I highly doubt whether anyone will be interested in buying this "natural supplement" with questionable safety and efficacy?

In my opinion, this JV is just an attempt to pump the share price and I really can't see much economic value in it in long run. It will incur more expenses and may potentially reduce the manufacturing capacity of its current MM products.
