Where did you get this article from because Phil Sullivan actually called me this morning as I sent them an email over the weekend asking them to clarify the article and shed some light as to what Mike West's issues witht he company are.

Phil was very plesant and upbeat about the company and its prospects and said they wouldn't be raising capital to acquire MFS. He also stated that MFS needed CIY more than CIy needed MFS.

He all confirmed all that you have outlined in your post and said that last year Mike was forced to retract an article he wrote about CIY because it was largely full of crap and not on facts.
