    I received the email too but don't understand why it was just through email and not via ASX announcement this morning.

    CIY have previously responded to media criticism by ASX announcement. Any ideas why email this time?

    In any case, timely response from CIY but I don't think the knocking from West or a few HC users with multiple personalities is going to stop any time soon.
