    Let's see, CIY make a T/O offer at 1.3 billion, than walk-away...

    Than come back when MFS is in fire-sale mode and again they have walked away...

    I am guessing MFS didn't roll-over on price as CIY was hoping.

    CIY obviously think they can get it cheaper by waiting a little longer. I hope they are wrong.
