They do not need their J.V partners as much now as they have a 1.7 million Ounces proven resource base with operating plant producing 80,000 Ounces a year. I reckon DIO has a Gun to La manchas head. Where is La Mancha going to process its 51% interest in Frogs Legs - maybe Dio make offer for 51% they do not own??? or charge em a sisable fee making them sell hmmmmm.
