la mancha's operations in Cote d'ivoire and Sudan have taken a big hit...bleeding cash....wouldn't be surprised if they do some deal with DIO on Frogs Legs...Frogs legs will cost $40-50 mill to develop. DIO has the cash, but does La Mancha...I think not..
make your own judgements on the situation, but La Mancha's problems are public knowledge and they aren't exactly new...
