One thing Dom has said repeatedly is that every single one of the negotiating parties have tried to screw them over one way or the other taking advantage of the precarious position Cokal is in.
GaryK has also mentioned similar sentiment while trying to do spot sale. New player with no financial footing - everyone out to get a cheap deal off them.
To an extent I understand Dom trying to play his cards as close to his chest.
