If you feel the company has failed in its continuous disclosure obligations then you can send asx and inquiry.
They are required to disclose any information that would be price sensitive or has a material impact on the company. So the question is does loading barges and selling coal fall into this category. I would think so.
I would also think that not barging coal due to lower river levels also fits into this category.
But thats just me.
