Not a shareholder. The drop in SP jagged my interest as i missed the CKF boat a few years ago. I reckon a large amount of employees at KFC would be contracted/casual and can be told not to work without any obligation of payment from KFC. Whether this is right or wrong is for another discussion but reduced employment security is certainly the way the world is going.
There's risks to business but with the KFC clientele and drive through option on many stores i think the hit will be limited. I have no doubt there's a hit to profits coming though.
