Margins will (or should) increase over time as revenue grows, if and I say if, they have a high quality premium product that does not have other price competition
ROE is also important
Totally agree though this business will never have 80% gross or net margins
The only businesses that get up there are scalable internet type businesses with tiny capital costs - and they are very rare...especially when trying to keep market share
