I'm not sure I understand precisly where you're going with your thoughts?

Are you alluding to WS now becoming the one wanting to take over CKK via another company?

I suppose anything's possible although I must say I'd prefer any T/O was at a much higher MC.

Having said that I've always seen the two technologies as potential takeover material given their impact on and the nature of the market in question.
