Tretch..I know you have an interest in O's. The O's make the deal a little complicated. Here's the fundamentals of how it could be done so that purely O holders are fully considered. Let the options run their course to maturity, see how many are actually converted to a share which has an input value as a ratio to the value placed on the share at time of T/O assuming CKK shares are converted to T/O company shares[cash as part of the deal can also be factored in]...It's tricky to put on paper in one sentence what I'm trying to say but it is do-able but a bit messy.....L :0)
