I think Lee is just alluding to the potential bargain another company could snap up.
I am sure the bigger guys wanted WS drill technology however WS went with Coretrack.
I am unsure of the IP if a takeover happens but would expect that WS would have a right of refusal built in should something like that happen?

I certainly hope there isn't a takeover at these cheap prices but who knows
