In the case of T/Os both friendly and hostile a premium is always payed so it would never be at the current price of that day. The chances of a T/O would lay with their first being someone/s who wanted the company badly enough and secondly there being sufficient profit in it for Cygnet so they okeyed any such deal. I think conditions are ripe for such happenings but that doesn't mean it's going to happen. For me I have learnt with risky plays it's sometimes better to take say 50 percent profit today than wait for 100 percent profit tomorrow so I would use the Little voting power of my heads to vote yes if there was decent fat in it. All this is just speculation ATM but stranger things than TOs happen all the time so nothing would surprise me. Cheers Tretch
