we have no idea what is covered by the IP license and what the nature of the consulting agreement is with Warren now
So we have no idea what future products will be owned by Coretrack/Globedrill or what sort of agreements and fees, royalties etc might arise, nor whether Warren might be free to develop new products like the GT5000 independently
The best we know is that the IP license covered the "products and services" of Globedrill at the time of acquisition
to me those arrangements MAY not cover CKK for any GT5000 or further developments
and the fact that, despite the original purchase requiring Warren to be an employee, and that possibly covering any new IP he developed, now he is a consultant we really do not know what the nature of any agreement with Warren is wrt new IP developments
