There was a time when the top 3 shareholders [Equitas,Connell, Stockton} held over 40% giving them effective control. The latest share register schedule indicates that their holding is NOW down to 16%. With the top 20 shareholders owning 36% of the stock, unless these are a rather large "controlling Cabal", CKK is vulnerable to an acquisition by a "relatively small investment" by a larger concern....One can PONDER with a "few scotches" whether this is a desirable position to be in....ME-THINKS....MAY-BE NOT!....Comments from "much wiser" individuals ARE WELCOME..Regards....LEE
