You make some good points, I would add the following though.

I believe that the updated 'Top 20' list may not necessarily be as accurate a reflection of precisely who owns what percentage of CKK. For example I own several 'parcls' (for want of a better term) which added together would place me inside the top 20 so I wonder just how many other are in the same position & indeed how many already in the top 20 who are in this position ;)

It's my understanding that unless there are a large number of zeros on the end of the number making up any such offer there's no chance & I'd back that decision!
