The higher the share price goes, the bigger the bonus to the Directors. Would have preferred it to be over the 18 cents but if the share price is at 18 cents in 6 months, it's at least a going in the right direction. They get it above the 25 cent mark, at least the 46 million options aren't worthless.

My frustration is based on the current share price.

The company has a fresh start based on the 6 weeks that Bernie Kelly has been in. At the time he was appointed, the share price was at 8.1 cents, a quick up and then a down trend during economic turbulence.

Matt Bernie joined the company at 15 cents, so it is still above that Mark.

As the public faces of the company, they will need to earn their options to get the share price back up.

Winton Willesee and Trevor Beazley don't have public faces so no idea if they work hard or happy to sit and collect.

Would love to see a HotCopper representative on the board so we can get a true indication of what is going on.
