A good decision :-)
43,539,403 options on the market convertible at 25 cents.
Management are creating 5.4 million shares for themselves, at very gettable prices.
The biggest disappointment in these options are Management think they can pull the wool over share holder's eyes.
On the Proxy form, I didn't see the option of voting against Resolution 5 - 8?
