True, but it has to run to 3 cents first. Looking unlikely. CR will be based on a VWAP over a number of days / weeks maybe and it will generally be around 15% discount to that figure. Last few weeks we see an average of 2.3. 15% discount to that...... 1.955 cents. If it goes to 3 cents and stays there for a while I will adjust my CR price accordingly but you can only work with what's happened to this point in time.
