Not sure if this has been posted before but I see that RACV majority own a group called Intelematics, which produce telematics devices for cars http://www.intelematics.com/products-services. The devices also allow remote unlocking of cars, which I would love to see DMC roll out with their handover app. Who knows, we may finally even get a DMC app...

I also found this statement on the RACV website:

At the moment, RACV is servicing existing Connected Vehicle customers only. But stay tuned for an update on this product in mid-2017.
