I would say a tie-up with Gumtree for Rentoid may be a good deal... Gumtree being internet based, with good international traction already, just needs to develop the renting part of an expanded business/website, with a trust platform built in etc.

As for MyCaravan, I'd suggest Big4 or another established major....

People on here appear worried about a cheap takeover, I for one wouldn't reject a 5-6c offer, CL8 needs to show a little leg to drum up that interest. . . .
