I'm with you @phuket guy .. I'm an old school builder who buys some land, puts up some townhouses and sells them down. My feasibility's for these multi million dollar developments are done with pencil and paper. I do progress to new school with emailing the orders to various contractors, the old hand shake days are gone.....
As for charting well i got nothing .... I am a newb, learning as I go, but hard to teach an old dog new tricks.
