    Buy side is stacking up with ~5.5mil buyers in the 19.5-18.0 range at the moment, but definitely not willing to step it up any higher just yet.
    I imagine the Ma's & Pa's would just buy, whereas the larger buyers predict a bit of slack water remaining and so are just lingering and accumulating what becomes available.
