fully diluted shares is close to 800 mil - 10c is 80 mil
Every company who has hit cobalt thinks they are a takeover target - doesnt work that way. Also if your sole reason for holding is takeover expectation - you would be holding for a long time.
While you are euphoric with the share price increase - Ive seen panic selling driving prices down to unreasonable levels just like exuberant holders blindly adding to their position thinking it is "cheap" and pushing the market cap to unsustainable levels.
