OK - I respectfully do not agree with that. In my opinion it did not rise enough to be considered a breakaway gap. The chart is claerly showing buyer fatigue and scoping study if on time is not expect till late Q2 2018 - at least another month.
With placement shares becoming available (no doubt holders have been selling existing holding to pay for them) and options converted - I see downward pressure closing the gap and possibly overshooting it as well.
2.6 mil shares to go before the gap closes. Expect to see some support around the 15c mark
