I have previously had $$ refunded from Electricity and Water bills which were BPay'd, they can send it back to the source, somehow.
I would assume Automic could do the same.
Having the drama of ~$3mil sit in their account while snail mail delivers the check wouldn't influence the decision making process on which method should be used, would it?
