Personally I have never really undersood the recent price decline.
The market was prepared to oversubscribe to a cap raising at 18.5 cents only a few weeks ago on the basis of the massively larger than expected JORC. At the time most of the posters here seemed to focus around a maidan find of around 20-30 mtons and we found 120mt.
As far as I can tell the Cobolt is still where we left it and there are hints that the resource may be far greater again with recent ANN.
Sure recent cobolt prices are flat but if you can connect the dots between the massive retooling in our autotmative sector to higher demand and future prices CLA is currently looking better buying than any other recent point in its level of risk/reward payoff.
I guess at the end of the day the market will ultimately always be right in paying what the market wants but I still can't rule out the risk of a big fish taking a big bite and these prices.
For those that really do think CLA is worth less than it's current 92.87 million can you please share your maths and reasoning ?
Onwards and upwards.
