You may have something there...although one would think that at some point the big boys and girls will eventually realize that just the sulphides aren't enough and the laterites are also greatly needed for this Third Industrial Revolution...
Although I own both sulphide and laterite company stocks, I believe that they are somewhat symbiotic with the sulphides providing cobalt (with copper/zinc/etc) and the laterites providing the also much needed nickel( in large quantities especially if 811 comes quicker than later...
So it's all good..
