I dont think PG got any wrong doing,or crazy ramp around, he talks more about the medium to long term prospects and those are out there, if you disagree is ok,but discredit someone just because a stock share price went down is senseless, the whole cobalt sector share prices went down all along,but the medium to long term prospects crystalize more and more as we get ahead in time.
Althought with some of his timeframes i differ in opinion, but as Warren Buffett says The most improtant is to know whats gona happend not neccecary when,if we can know what will happend the time frame can be 1-2-3 or 4 years from now but the overall results will be still outstanding.
