Don't count on it sloaty. I am as vested as you in this company however 10% requested approvals at AGM is not uncommon. For example 3 of the 7 stocks I currently hold are requesting 10%. It's useful for facilitating all kinds of deals and bargaining arrangements but wouldn't read too far into that point
