They can put whatever they want as an offer. I doubt that anyone will accept that amount, at a minimum they'd want to cover the recent share purchase plan price offered to shareholders. So somewhere north of 19c AUD is what I think will start to feel positive to shareholders. But of course, something is always better than nothing. Patience.
