benzo as directors they cant buy (or sell) just before an announcement that should hopefully double the reso8urce to 200,000 a ton. Thats seen as insider trading and they go skip go and go straight to jail.
they can buy after - but then the SS is on its way, and they know that inof ahead of the market too so that will prevent them too under insider trading rules.
