I'd decided it wasn't a pump and dump after taking the unintentional advice of a DT to see how much "advertising" CLA was getting in the DT forum. Turned out to be almost no advertising there. That takes out DTs pumping up CLA.
I also agree there's a big clue in the fact that there's no substantial holder notice. Means a lot of people are suddenly interested in accumulation CLA, not only one entity. Could it be something that's "plain to see" for some people, and completely obscured for others, in such a way it cannot be construed as insider trading?
I'm starting to think my hypothetical theory about finding a valley of pure copper/cobalt to be a possibility now, lol!
