Think this volume and SP will soon start to draw out the remaining stale bulls from the cobalt run of 2018. Maybe that's the precursor to news dropping?? Another 100-200m shares of churn.
anyone posted or noted the Umicore news, then Umicore long-term deal with Glencore news of yesterday? And China Rare earths maybe spilling over to Cobalt? Some of those bigger events might be giving cobalt a bid again.
