I would have thought the CLA BoDs had an obligation to inform its shareholders of the current state of play if the share price fluctuates as dramatically as it has done this last month. The BoD is in place to protect the interests of its owners, the shareholders, and that includes protection against share price manipulation. This does not look good for the CLA BoD. Perhaps they are working on something big but when the share price fluctuates as much as it has they need to calm the market by giving an update of some form.
The BoD does not appear to be working in their owners interests!
I would have thought the CLA BoDs had an obligation to inform...
