i had good research on google search and this yields director of have coat as george hatzipapas who is involved with Co ZYB. He has experience with numerous raisings and corporate reconstructions (smoke signal no1)

this may be the same guy and if you look further down the top 20 there's another hatzipapas, so these are smoke signals to me
imo whoever these guys are must know something about new project or might even be part of discussions coz no one buys that many especially regarding the cobalt project
no upramping like phuket guy but definitely something cooking imo
