sorry don't know what you are referring to you but the only reference after research i can make between Havecoat (George hatzipatos) and CLA right now is through Peter Wall.
Peter Wall was past chairman of Co ZYB and now it is George Hatzipatos
Peter Wall is currently 9 largest CLA holder with Pheakes PTY LTD (he is pheakes coz same entity was used with another of his Co's MNB)

IMO in the land of asx spec stocks many of the same peeps and links appear together a lot of the time in different Co's and imo here we have relationship between Peter Wall and new second highest CLA holder George Hatzipatos.
with the Co saying they are looking for new opportunities it's not hard to imagine what is happening in background imo
i could be completely offtarget but this is the only relationship i can find
