loads and loads of millionaires and several big billionaires live part time in Phuket. For example Robert friedland has his second home here etc etc. the richest Kiwi billionaire. Formula one drivers, loads of HK/Sing bankers and ex bankers , big fundmanagers, rich retirees from all over. Theres Millions and millions of CLA shares held here already - more than Gheko's pos. and hopefully even more after BB visits next week.
Thats not counting the russian and chinese billionaires and others who keep their mega yachts hoilday homes here,
plenty money here but overlooked by investors cos they dont get it, BB is smart.
Then try Bangkok!!! Guys You may not know but Thailand has a bigger GDP than Australia!!. theres more money up here than down there with you ex-pommie-cons.
