Katanga only re-started Cu production Dec 2017 due to a shutdown to construct the whole ore leach project. Looks like they will be ramping up Cu and Co production in 2018 so valuation is foward looking. Even with a 2 year shutdown they are still valued at CAD 3.5 billion.
