Agree with you 100%! The ASX / ASIC have gone too far. To the point that the SS is almost not worth the paper that it is written on.

Management clearly have more that they want to communicate to the market but are not allowed. In this regard, I see the SS purely as a tick box exercise. It's a necessary part of the process to get a mine through to production versus something that delivers valuable information to investors. As long as the BOD endorse proceeding to PFS, then the SS has done its job.

The full information that management want to communicate will come out in due course and when it does, the share price will react accordingly / hopefully to the upside! Dare I say that this alone, has created an excellent buying opportunity.
