I guess some guessed this deal was coming did you notice almost all the big funds have gone from CLA . JP Morgan, BNP Paribas ,Citicorp, together they held 14.35% Maybe Bad management ? red flags ?, no founding directors left ?, Philippine mining laws ? Massive dilution ?
